The answer is lies in greater sense, Digital marketing is very broad highway that took every business on the top of goals either it belongs to service, real estate, retail, automobile, food, health and so on. Setting up of primary goals are very important because this is the step from where a marketers start planning to get the best from the crowd. Customer Acquisition is the primary marketing goal followed by Brand Awareness and Customer Retention. The study showed up in Retail sector, Customer Retention (63%) is the Primary Marketing Goal, as compare to other sectors.
